Zach (professional, punctual, friendly, and always kind to the curious neighborhood kids) is absolutely terrific to deal with; as is Autumn (the melodious voice behind the phone, who can also service your home and talk you out of a panic attack when you find a mouse has moved in without permission)! Unlike previous companies, Supernova feels like they have my back; questions and concerns are answered with a smile and dealt with promptly, and I am never made to feel "silly" for being curious or made to feel like I am overreacting for asking for special attention to an area that I know usually brings problems at a certain time of year. I could write a book about how great my experience with Supernova has been. Know what to expect.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Supernova has no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. We’ll explain your service schedule and follow-up terms before you book.

Do I need to be home for service?

Usually not for routine exterior visits. Interior treatment is optional and available on request. Tell us about pets, gates, access instructions, or a preferred appointment time so we can coordinate.

What if pests return between visits?

Active Shield customers who stay on the regular quarterly schedule receive free return service for covered pest concerns. Skipping a scheduled treatment pauses coverage; it resumes after two consecutive scheduled quarterly treatments, about 90 days apart. Other services have their own terms. Is the inspection free?

You can request a free pest inspection to discuss an active concern and service options. Real-estate termite inspections and written reports are quoted separately. Explore termite services.
